I got fooled with the packaging when buying this device. Moulinex showed all the accessories on the big photo on the box. But what is on the box is not what is inside. Inside were far fewer accessories. Tip: look for the small print stickered on one side of the box for what you are actually buying.Almost impossible to contact Moulinex to comment to them so they can improve their customer experience.Last straw is the liquidiser jug. Goes into the slot. No instructions anywhere on how to remove it.
It's stuck on the machine!Never buying Moulinex again. This does the basics at a slightly-above-average price. The name Moulinex is misleading: I thought it stood for good products and service. I have owned my Odacio 3 for about 4 years, but didn't use it much because there were so many bits to pull out, assemble and clean.
Now I'm in a bigger house, I want to start using it more, but I tried to blend some bread and vegetables the other day and the motor blew. I now have a very expensive paperweight. I only just replaced the bowl, too after it deformed in the dishwasher. It was large and versatile, blending and processing in one unit.It blew up and I have not been able to contact service to see if a replacement motor is available.
All the attachments are usefull in the food processer it is great for preparing large amount of coleslaw and other salads - if you have a big family or prepare large amounts of food at times it is a great item. It involves a lot of washing up so I rarely use it and only get it out for Christmas dinner and when I have to make a big batch of something for a function. For the money I would try another brand next time.Does its job as a blender and food processer well. The plastic food processer bowl cracked the second time I put it in the dishwasher. The security locking feature is annoying, I had to call the head office for assistance when I first bought it as I couldnt figure it out despite reading the instructions. I've had this for 5 or six years, using an average of twice a week, mostly biscuit doughs and blender drinks but I have used all the attachments.
Manual Moulinex Ovatio 3 Food Processor
Decent blender, decent processor, long lasting. The double latching is fiddly but if I had kids I would like it, you can't turn it on unless it is closed. The vegetable juicing attachment is slow and must be cleared frequently, not worth the trouble, don't buy it for that.If you want a blender/processor combination this one is pretty good.Sturdy motor, small footprint on the counter, nice blade storage within bowl, lots of attachmentsfiddly locking system. It does the job every though it is a little noisy.
Much better value than comparable machines. If you have a baby, the grinder is fantastic.Lots of bits and pieces - so you can do most things. Like the seperate blender.
Reasonably priced. Love the grinder unit - use it to puree baby's food which makes cleaning up very easy.Bit noisy when in operation. All bits and pieces do not fit in the unit for storage - and no provision for storage outside the unit. There are curves on the unit which make cleaning difficult.
The only way to properly clean the grinder unit is by dishwater - impossible to hand clean the bottom of unit. Does not come with emulsifier - and this little plastic bit costs over $20 which is 10% of the cost of hte whole unit.

Luckily, you can leave all the tedious multitasking activities to your food processor and enjoy the creative process of cooking just a little more. Moulinex makes several kitchen appliances from rice cookers to fryers and sandwich makers, while also offering powerful food processors. The three product categories for food processor are Masterchef, Odacio and Double Force.Moulinex MasterchefMoulinex Masterchef food processors allow you to feel like a professional cook, thanks to the many functions that help to fuel your creativity.
These food processors combine compactness with efficiency, as the machines do not take up too much space. Among, the Masterchef also combines the functions of a blender and a shredder using the available attachments. Despite providing so many ways of cooking, the operation of these processors is fairly simple, as you can choose between two speeds and a pulse function. The wide-mouth feeding tube fits even the largest fruit and vegetables.Moulinex OdacioThe Moulinex Odacio food processors include different attachments to cater for anyone's needs.
You can use it, like many other to prepare soups, milkshakes and smoothies, or turn it into a juice extractor to make your own carrot and apple juice. Moreover, the Odacio models also feature a meat grinder, so you can make your own mincemeat. Odacio models differ slightly from one another, so one could have a citrus juicer, while other comes with a powerful juice extractor.
The bowls and lids of Odacio fit into their place in a single step. Locking and unlocking requires just a touch of a button.Moulinex Double ForceAs the name already implies, the Moulinex Double Force processors combine two useful features thanks to two motor outputs: speed and spinning force.
You can choose between 1000 W and 1200 W models, all of them powerful. The machines feature attachments for slicing, grating, kneading, blending, whipping and emulsifying sauces. Some models include an intuitive interface, consisting of a control panel with pre-programmed back-lighted keys.Features to ConsiderWhen trying to select the perfect model from the Moulinex food processors, you need to consider several features. Think what you need to do with the appliance and choose the attachments accordingly. Many food processor chop, grate, mix and slice, but not all of them whisk, knead and whip. Consider the size of the processor according to the place you want to keep it.
If you leave it on the worktop, then check whether the processor fits vertically. Also think of the machine's noise level, powerfulness, number and capacity of bowls and the size of the feeding tube.
